Happy New Year......

Well it's been a while since my last blog!

I have never been one to do the whole

New Year resolution thing.....

but this year I have made a few 

promises to myself....

Sometimes we get so caught up in day to day 

life that we forget about the 

things that are really important....

the things that make us 

smile, make us who we are,

things that keep us healthy and inspire us.

This year is about reaching for the stars!!
